How do you make sure the content is technically accurate?
Every piece is checked against approved source material—specifications, documentation, subject-matter interviews, and material your team confirms—before it publishes. A human reviews the draft for technical accuracy, not just readability. Nothing goes out under your name that your team hasn’t had the chance to verify. The verification step is built into the production method itself; see The System for how sourcing and review fit into the weekly workflow.
What if we don’t have time to feed you content every week?
That is the problem this system is built to solve, not a requirement to use it. You are not expected to write, outline, or hand over finished content on a weekly cadence. What we need instead is access to existing source material—specs, past proposals, technical documentation, a short interview or two—and a fast approval turnaround on drafts. The production work happens on our side.
How fast will we see results?
Authority compounds; it doesn’t arrive on a fixed schedule. Website content and LinkedIn presence typically take real time to build enough depth for buyers, search engines, and answer engines to register the company as a credible source. Some months may produce no direct inquiry at all. We won’t promise a lead count, a ranking, or a payback period, because no one can guarantee those outcomes honestly. What we can commit to is consistent, source-backed publishing that builds a defensible position over time—see the honest-expectation section on Pricing for more on how we frame this.
What’s the difference between the two pricing tiers?
The Industrial Authority Engine ($2,500/mo) covers the core Website and LinkedIn authority system: technical website content, founder and executive LinkedIn posts, company page presence, research, and verification. The Industrial Authority Engine + Demand Capture ($3,500/mo) includes everything in Tier 1 plus lead-magnet strategy and production, landing pages and opt-in forms, automated nurture, CRM integration and routing, source attribution, and lead-level reporting. Full detail is on the Pricing page.
Do you only work with water and wastewater equipment companies?
No. Water and wastewater equipment is our confirmed beachhead—the industry where the system was proven first—but the same method applies across the distributor-served verticals listed on the Industries page: automation, machinery and equipment, chemicals and materials, energy and power, aerospace, manufacturing, distribution, engineering and construction, and medical devices. If your company sells technical products or services into an evaluation-driven buying process, the underlying system transfers.
Who owns the content once it’s published?
Ownership terms are confirmed in writing during onboarding, not assumed here. We won’t claim a specific arrangement in general marketing copy that hasn’t been agreed to with your company directly.
What happens if we want to cancel?
Contract length, notice period, and any related terms are set during onboarding and documented in the agreement—not represented here in advance. If you’re evaluating this question before signing anything, ask us directly and we’ll give you a straight answer rather than a general one.
Do you guarantee a certain number of leads or LinkedIn posts?
No. We commit to a consistent production cadence and a defined scope of work, and we report on what actually happens. We don’t guarantee lead volume, post counts as a proxy for value, rankings, or contract outcomes, because authority-building doesn’t work on a fixed output-to-result ratio—and a guarantee we couldn’t actually back would just be another version of the marketing language technical buyers have learned to distrust.
What do you actually need from us to get started?
Access to the people and material that make the content technically correct: a point of contact who can approve drafts, access to relevant specifications or documentation, and time for a handful of short interviews with the people who do the technical work. From there, the production and publishing is on us. That starts with a real look at where your company currently stands before anything is scoped.
